We ship via a trusted network of domestic carriers and you should receive your purchase within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. Although we try our best to ensure the best possible service from our carriers, we will not be held responsible if there are delays with delivery via the carrier. If your order is not delivered after 10 business days, please contact email@example.com.
At this stage we do not offer standard shipping outside of Australia.
Jack Riviera is an international citizen, however, and we love to see him travel. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise the best possible shipping rate to send Jack to you.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your country and/or card services provider. Please contact your country’s customs office for further information concerning fees and taxes when being shipped from Australia.
We rely on you to enter the delivery address correctly and cannot guarantee address changes as most orders are processed as quickly as possible. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, unfortunately we cannot change the address.
We will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. If your order is shipped back to us, we will be able to re-ship your order (customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus shipping/processing fees and fees inquired for the return of package.
