REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Quality is integral to Jack Riviera, and we stand by the quality of our shoes. However, in the event you need to schedule a refund, we are happy to refund unworn items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery date. If you would like to schedule a return, please email our support team at ahoy@jackriviera.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake.

All clearance/discounted products and international orders are final sale.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will be happy to exchange unworn items within 30 days of customer receipt date. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email ahoy@jackriviera.com.

ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

We rely on you to enter the delivery address correctly and cannot guarantee address changes as most orders are processed as quickly as possible. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, unfortunately we cannot change the address.

We will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. If your order is shipped back to us, we will be able to re-ship your order (customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus shipping/processing fees and fees incurred for the return of packages.
